Lisa Hartman, MS, MA, BSEd, BSN, RN

As Director of Certification for the AONN+ Foundation for Learning (FFL), Lisa Hartman leads AONN+ FFL’s navigator certifications. Her diverse educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in English before returning to school for a BSN. As a nurse, she was responsible for creating an oncology navigation program in a North Carolina community hospital. Then, for 6 years, Lisa worked in corporate healthcare where she had the opportunity to help define, create, and roll out a nationally recognized oncology navigation program as well as to strategize and oversee all corporate learning initiatives. She earned a master’s degree in international business and is excited to mentor the next generation of nurses.
